Voters in 30 states and the District of Columbia have decided. Decriminalizing and legalizing marijuana is common sense.
Thousands of jobs have been created. Tax revenues are pouring in. Unjust, racist arrests and convictions for non-violent offenses have dropped. Patient care has improved.
