ATTN: Justice Kennedy is retiring

As you may have heard, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement, which means that Donald Trump will get to appoint another Justice to the court.

The stakes couldn't be higher. This week alone, the Supreme Court has upheld Trump's Muslim ban, devastated public-sector workers' union rights, and have allowed fake medical clinics to deceive women about their health care options while pregnant.

With another Trump-appointed extremist on the court, crucial decisions like Roe v. Wade and Obergefell v. Hodges are in very real danger.

It's essential we retake and hold the Senate this fall; it's the only line of defense against Trump's irresponsible appointments and worst legislative impulses.
