Trump’s voter suppression efforts mean one thing:

Last month, Trump ran to the Supreme Court in hopes that they'll toe the line and approve his illegal executive order that restricts mail-in voting.

NYT: Trump Asks Supreme Court to Allow Order Restricting Mail Voting

There's a reason this executive order has already been halted by lower courts: it's blatant and unconstitutional federal interference in how states conduct their elections. The Constitution is unambiguous about this.

So why does Trump keep trying to make mail-in voting less accessible, no matter how many times he loses in court? Because he's terrified of what will happen to his party in this year's midterms should they remain free and fair.

Mail-in voting is safe, trusted, and used successfully by millions of Americans. I will tirelessly defend Oregon's mail-in voting system — and mail-in voting across the country — in the face of Trump's desperate efforts to dismantle it. Again, these efforts are a sign that Trump knows which way the wind is blowing.

Trump's moves shouldn't terrify us; they should encourage us to fight even harder. Because we're on the upswing with 13 weeks to go.

If you're determined to see us prevail over Trump's attempts at voter suppression — and flip the Senate — please chip in now >>

Onward,

Ron
