Another Trump SCOTUS seat?

As if the stakes weren't already high enough for this year's midterm elections: public reporting now confirms that Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito is openly considering retiring.

Whichever party controls the Senate in 2027 could well play a major part in shaping the future of the Supreme Court.

In just a few years, we've seen the damage that's possible with a Trump-controlled Supreme Court.

Reproductive freedoms gutted. Environmental protections erased. More control handed to special interests, corporations, and wealthy campaign donors to control our elections.

We cannot afford to let Trump get another Supreme Court seat and solidify his ironclad grasp over the highest court in the country and force his agenda on the American people.

You can bet that GOP dark money groups are spending hundreds of millions of dollars across seven toss-up Senate races to make sure that they control the Senate if another seat on the bench opens up.

But we have the message. We have the energy and enthusiasm. And we need to harness all of it to counter the Republicans' financial edge and stop Trump cold.
